Lockdown dinner – Valentines Day!
Lockdown meals for all, Tanya is at it again, last nights evening was Beef Fajitas, using Castle Estate rump steak (marinaded during the afternoon with lime juice, cumin, sea salt, pepper, garlic, smoked paprika & oregano).
Believe it or not raising animals on farms out in pasture is a luxury that not all farmers have available to them. At Castle Estate we have been farming the land for over 100 years, that's 8 generations of the Castle Clan and we have continued the traditions passed down to us.
