Tanya is at it again, last nights evening was Beef Fajitas, using Castle Estate rump steak (marinaded during the afternoon with lime juice, cumin, sea salt, pepper, garlic, smoked paprika & oregano).
How do I shop at Castle Estate? I purchase a 10kg beef box (fits in my normal fridge freezer), and I add from there, some streaky bacon, chicken pieces, additional pork, beef and lamb mince, and a couple of Kgs of sausages.

Combined with your favourite wraps and toppings, I used homemade guacamole, fried onion & capsicum, sour cream, cheese, lettuce, Mexican hot sauce and home grown tomatoes.
