Based on the banks of Lake Purrumbete in Western Victoria, Castle Estate is home to Victoria’s largest Human Consumption Wild Game Processor as well as Australia’s most extensive multi-species abattoir.

The Castle family has been farming this land since 1923 and has long been committed to sustainable, natural farming practices. In 2014, the Castle family built Australia’s first fully vertically integrated paddocktoplateabattoir. Fromhumblebeginningsprocessingbeefandlamb,theCastleEstate facility has expanded to include processing;

* Wild Game (Kangaroo, Venison, Boar, Rabbit, Goat)

In recent years, Castle Estate has expanded it domestic operations to also included export sales and distribution. Castle Estate is one of only 3 Australia Wild Game processors fully accredited for Human Consumption and PetFood processing capabilities, with export accreditation’s including USA, EU and Asia.
