We are all back in locked down again, but cooking is something that grounds me, and using fresh produce and Castle Estate meat at the heart of any meal is a great start. I always have some pork mince on hand in the freezer, for just such a quick meal. A favourite!
The Family could not get enough, will use the leftover pork mince to make sausages rolls tomorrow.
