We often talk about the health benefits of our animals being grass-fed and with good reason. At Castle Estate,we do everything we can to ensure that our farming practices result in the finest produce that we can possibly generate. Beef can only be as healthy as the cows it comes from. We are committed to producing meat that is so much more than “just a steak” which is why our cattle are 100% grass-fed on free roaming pastures-just as nature intended.
