February’s recipe of the month gives us Crumbed Pork Chops with Anchovy Butter and Celeriac Chilli Rémoulade. Throw some sizzling chops on the barbie and cleanse your palette with some freshly made Celeriac Remoulade. Prepare in as little as 30 minutes and can serve up to 4 people. Serve hot topped with a dollop of anchovy butter, with celeriac chilli rémoulade and lemon wedges. And if you’d like a little tip, may we recommend a full-bodied dry white chenin blanc.
