We often talk about the health benefits of our animals being grass-fed and with good reason. At Castle Estate,we do everything we can to ensure that our farming practices result in the finest produce that we can possibly generate. Beef can only be as healthy as the cows it comes from. The cows can only be as healthy as the pasture they eat. The pasture can only be as healthy as the soil it grows in. And the soil can only be as healthy as the farming practices imposed on it.
