Why not try a Christmas Salad this summer?:
While roasted vegetables are typically seen as the standard for any given Christmas meal, if you’re trying beat the heat or are just thinking of mixing it up this year, why not throw in a salad that people can cleanse their pallets with and still get that “Christmas-y” feeling. Why not try this creamy toss salad that will take your Xmas spread to the next level!
Method
- Add any array of salad ingredients you wish to (e.g. lettuce, cucumber, tomato & crumbled feta cheese).
Salad dressing:
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Lemon (or lemon juice)
- Half a teaspoon of Dijonnaise Mustard
- Mix with your ingredients and VOILA!
