Here on our Castle Estate farm we sometimes feel like our property is never-ending which is perfect for our animals to live freely and happily. An animal that is free to roam and graze as it feels gives them the chance to be happier, healthier and more natural in every way which in-turn can create a leaner and more stress-free meat which is not only healthier for consumption, but is also much more delicious.
